Whether you are a young adult experiencing psychological difficulties, a professional juggling stressful work and mental health, or a parent navigating the choppy waters of parenthood, or if you have experienced grief in any form, I have the therapeutic skills and experience to help.
My approach is all about understanding your unique story and collaboratively creating a path to wellness. This can be done through psychodynamic psychotherapy or coaching, whichever best suits you.
As a vastly experienced therapist of psychodynamic psychotherapy, I have a deep understanding of the psychological impacts of all life transitions and their potential impact on your day-to-day existence. These challenging stages in life may include anything from entering adulthood, academic pressures, becoming a parent, and navigating high-pressure work environments. My expertise focuses on helping individuals manage stress, prevent burnout, and alleviate anxiety caused by long hours, sleep deprivation and demanding clients and employers. Through a supportive and insightful therapeutic relationship, I guide clients in developing emotional growth and self-understanding, fostering a healthier work-life balance.
I understand the challenges that come with returning to work after a life-changing event, including illness or having a baby, especially when navigating mental health issues. My supportive and non-judgmental style is designed to help you manage the emotional transitions and stressors associated with these significant life challenges. Whether you are dealing with postpartum depression, anxiety, or simply adjusting to new roles, I offer tailored therapy sessions to help with your journey back to good health, a balanced life and increased self-confidence, whilst prioritising your mental well-being and family life.

Currently, I offer mostly online appointments and sessions as most of my clients over recent years have preferred the convenience of Zoom and it has facilitated people from a wide range of locations to access my expertise. Here are some of what my clients tell me are compelling reasons to choose online therapy sessions:
1. Convenience and Accessibility: Online therapy eliminates the need for travel, saving time and making it ideal for those with busy schedules or living afar as well as those who feel more comfortable communicating online. I offer flexible scheduling to be discussed at booking.
2. Reduced Stigma: Online therapy provides a private and discreet way to access mental health support, reducing any potential awkwardness or stress associated with traditional in-person therapy settings.
I offer treatment for clients who self-fund, and I am registered with the following healthcare insurance providers:
